If you have an SD card in your phone, try that (USB into PC/Phone, then PS4/Phone, it's what I might try if PSN is having issues).

I checked by plugging the HDMI cable directly in to the Panny. Now i have 1080P. Through the receiver, no 1080p. So i guess the receiver needs an update?...
