My PS4 is on, the white light is on, I'm 99% sure it's working but the picture isn't being shown on the screen. I have tried two different TVs (at least one with the latest firmware) and 3 different HDMI cables, one of which is known to work (took it out of my 360 mainly since the other ones that defo work are too hard to get at behind the main TV).

Any solutions before I call the UK support line? If no, then what is the support number.

Happened to me on Day 1 of NA launch. What i did was hold the power button down for a few seconds and got the boot menu. Had to choose reinialize and then did evrything over again. Eventially that worked.

Can someone tell me what the white led strip color is ? My PS4 is up and running! but i though it would stay a blue color.

White is normal, mines white.
Blue flashing is an error I think.

Well gaff after ringing DPD this morning and getting nowhere then emailing them they finally agreed to deliver my PS4 tonight rather than monday

The machine is in antrim which is 30 mins away and was gonna be sent to the depo here which is 10 mins from me (via car) and they rang me back and said they'd deliver it from half 5 to half 6

Little doubt still but hopefully i'll have my machine tonight
