I did indeed. Right after I saw that post actually... I think it went into safe mode since went I hit the X button on the PS4, it restarted it and according to this:

The first option is restart the PS4.

Updated to 1.51 without a hitch. System running ok. Watching a Blu Ray now and I'll sign into PSN later.

I finally remembered my password for my US account and now the servers are getting absolutely hammered, keeps timing out.
I can still log in to my UK account, though, just can't set up a new account.

Confirmed: My PS4s HDMI cable won't go in.
What best to use to fix it? I can't even SEE where the connector is that makes this happen. I just found out using my HDMI cable and comparing it to this:

Get it from the Sony website and update using USB, s'what I did, took about 2 minutes in total. A far cry from the days of the PS3!!

Got into PSN, had to set up privacy stuff. Then it broken sending that to the network
