Super Smash Bros Wii U and 3DS Thread 3: Ridley's Believe It or Not!

I feel like my stage tastes are really weird. Even casually, I never liked Hyrule Temple, and preferred certain small stages like Dream Land 64.

On the other hand, I love Planet Zebes from N64 and Brinstar from Melee. The lava makes things very hectic. I really like the amped-up lava gimmicks from Norfair. The best part is when the huge wave comes, and the decision arises on whether to fight for the little safe area or air-dodge as the wave passes over the stage. Flat Zone is also hilarious. I think WarioWare would be my favorite gimmicky stage if invincibility wasn't a possible reward for winning the microgame but it's still pretty dang fun.

I also like Shadow Moses Island, but that's probably just because it's hilarious to have a Metal Gear stage in Super Smash Bros.

I suppose some might generally worry that bad sales could affect the output of companies they enjoy. The one that's a real mystery are the ones who celebrate the failure of companies they don't like.

I would suggest not reading most of those sales threads. There is usually some insightful and interesting discussion to be had, but for every one poster trying to initiate that, there are ten that just wave the fanboy flag/troll.
 
So wanting to ask....why does someone have a neorice avatar of mewtwo? did something leak when I wasent looking?
 
yeah but I thought the rule is no pixel art of a character until they're revealed for smash 4, mewtwo is in different media so its technically fine but what would happen if he is revealed in smash 4 which is a pretty high chance?

(oh god, I don't even know what to predict for that, I'm just hoping France/Germany etc. can hold up 3DS numbers)

I meant more in terms of announcements. I don't really give a shit about sales numbers. The only thing it will do is make Nintendo more aggressive with the WiiU.

Oh, no, I have no problem with you sharing your desire for it, but you responded to the other post with "...Sakura?" and I was providing a reason as to why it just won't happen.

Seriously though, why the hell do you guys keep banning me from the IRC before I can even say anything? It's incredibly annoying that you're doing it for no real reason without explaining why you're doing it, so it'd be nice if you'd explain it.

I was simply being sarcastic, asking if he was indeed Sakurai.

Whether or not it happens, I just wanna see that happen. I think it would be delicious.
 
Normally I don't say anything like this since I enjoy sitting back and watching people get salty about "IT'S FUCKING NOTHING" or w/e, but, what the heck. I'm expecting something big tonight.
