I never saw steamdbm updates this late by them but i can be wrong.

Also..it's not a build update, maybe they are adding info and stuff.

Steam Store updates are irrelevant for developers.

They push the button whenever they want and the game pushes to the store. Valve gives them control.

Its only 7PM local time, I've seen them update after midnight local time.
