Sakurai reveals a new mode where the player plays matchmaker for the entire roster through a support system ala the Fire Emblem games. Exclusive to the Wii U version.

Could you imagine how wild it would be if playable builds of Smash 4 were available at Apex with an on stage dream match between whoever won the biggest tournament between 64/Melee/Brawl and Sakurai showing off what's good in that build before moving on to EVO with a bigger roster and input from players taken into account?

Why are people expecting Captain Falcon?

The 21th is the 15th Smash series anniversary. So people are expecting one of the 12 veterans. Some speculate Yoshi will be revealed in March when Yoshi's New Island comes out. So that leaves Jiggs, Ness, and Falcon. I don't think there's any sign of Falcon actually being revealed any time soon, but I am just joining the hype.

Also I think the 21th was also a Wario game anniversary, so Wario is probably more likely.
