We didn't know how good we had it Re: X-Men 2000

FIGHT ME THE FUCK OUTSIDE

What a pity they went through all that filler. Just accept life or keep things very minimal at best.

Halle Berry though I think still looks fine for her age, if I remember.

Neither Elen Page nor Anna Paquin were attractive to me. Anna playing Rogue was just bad casting. Ellen was whatever as Kitty.

I do whatever the fuck I want, Packer.
I can never get over how bad this looks. It reminds me of that Steve Jobs book when he said that, when his employees became rich off of Apple stock, it turned some of them into weirdos with all the plastic surgery they bought into.

One can hope this was just too soon after the filler and the swelling will go down a bit in time. Seems like in a lot of these cases the actress suddenly looks a lot better in 6-9 months.

  • X-Men : good for the time. The screenplay was also written by David Hayter, BTW.
  • X2 : I remember liking it more than the first movie, but I haven;t seen it in a decade. Screenplay also by David Hayter.
  • X-Men : The Last Stand: Directed by Brett Ratner, the movie was a bit of a clusterfuck. But I still enjoyed it to some degree.
  • X-Men Origins: Wolverine : Wolverine_CGI_claws.gif
  • X-Men First Class : Directed by Mathew Vaughn - honestly probably the best one of the bunch overall.
  • The Wolverine : OK. better than Origins, anyway.
  • X-Men : Days of Future Past : I still enjoy this one, a nice cross between First Class and the OG Fox X-Men cast
  • Deadpool - Good satire on X-Men while still staying in the X-Men universe.. to a degree...
  • X-Men Apocalypse - NEXT
  • Logan - I love it, a really good take on the 'Old Man Logan' story line... Best of the Wolverine movies.
  • Deadpool 2 - In some ways I like it more than the first one... It may be close to being my favorite of the Deadpool movies
  • X-Men : Dark Phoenix - Nah...
  • The New Mutants : Didn't watch it... at least I have no memory of watching it anayway...
  • Deadpool and Wolverine : Honestly fan service out the ass, and it marks the death of the Fox X-Men universe... But I still enjoyed it

I think it depends on how much to blame is on the person vs. the doctors.

I dont think any sane person wants cosmetic surgery that makes them look weird, fat faced fillers, or joker smiled. So I'm going to assume the docs show them awesome pics saying they'll look glamourous.

Unless someone has a truly ugly situation like a medical issue or they got into a car accident and needs reconstructive surgery so they dont look like freak shows, it's sad how many people cant just gracefully age like a normal person.

These cosmetic surgeons are skating awfully close to betraying the whole 'Do no harm' part of their oath. They should have the duty of care to tell a client, 'Sorry, if we keep going you're going to end up looking like something out of the Wastelands.'

Anyway, I need to clean my eyeballs with golden age Famke and Star Trek:
