Good point. But after 80 million sales the hardcore gamer is starting to scarce. And Nintendo usually does very well with the casual and in Christmas's. We'll see… I expect a slow year for PlayStation and an explosion in sales next Christmas with GTA VI making up and even more for the low sales until then. It's going to be like the receding tide drying the beach, continuing with the tsunami analogy.
You're ignoring market realities, the things you mention had absolutely no impact so far.
There is no stopping for PS5 sales, it's honestly delusional to think it, sales curve is totally in Sony's hands and 100% dependent on PS5 price and the balance they want to strike between sales and profits. External factors are historically irrelevant.
