We already have AI that can make women appear nude, and AI that can alter a person's digital appearance in real time using pre-rendered assets. I personally don't think it's going to take people five years to put the two technologies together, because at this point it's just a matter of either a) building a nude asset model of someone quickly (maybe the first few seconds after looking at someone, they're not nude) or b) the ability to locally generate at least 20-60 real time nude images per second to overlay your vision (will require more power, but will be much more realistic especially with erratic movements). "B" might take five years, but personally I think we'll see that closer to three the way things have been going.
