Depends on a number of things...

- what are you going to be doing in each job?
- whats the long-term goal?
- do you see this are a more permanent thing or as a way to get some experience?
- how's the job market for you? is it feasible to get another job offer in three months?

How long have you been working? Are you just looking for experience, or are you looking for a short stint on your way to a better-paying job?

If you have a decent amount of experience and you just want a taste of this field, #2 seems better. You get a few months of work, another entry in your resume, and you can decide if you want to look for more work once the gig is finished.

If you don't have any experience, go for #1. See if you can move up in the company or use it to leapfrog to a better place in a year or two. Having said that, you should keep in mind that a "starting salary" is often the salary you will be stuck at. Hiring you at a low pay level with the implication that you will get a raise later is 90% fucking bullshit. They'll just "forget" to give you the raise and hope you don't press them for it.
