That's not a review. It's a poorly conceived conglomeration of ignorant rants. Their attempts to counter what fans say in message boards only results in them sounding just as dumb.

Andy's caption for the Executer's crash into the second Death Star: "How do ships sink in zero gravity, anyway?" Umm... is he fucking joking? ROTJ makes it pretty clear that the ship is crippled and is pulled in by the Death Star II's gravity... That's either an idiotic caption or an incredibly unfunny one.

Andy does all of the captions.

Corrected then. It certainly makes no sense, right?

Haha, the IGN reviewer of this is such a douche. He credits the "strong opening" to movies to Star Wars, saying before that movies only had slow beginings and had to build up before the action (he uses Taxi Driver as an example).

Too bad it was replaced by an even worse one. :p
I dont see how anyone can say Yub Nub is better than the SE ending, and if you do, you must be lobotomized. Nostalgia only goes so far. The original is atrocious, at least the SE ending gives a better scope and a more respectable finale to whats supposed to be an epic

The Yub Nub ending is so stupid. One of the reasons I don't like watching the original ROTJ.

Definately, among all the changes Lucas made that was the wisest and best change.

Anyways in the end, no matter what he changes in ROTJ nothing will change the fact that its the weakest film in the trilogy and things like replacing Sebastian Shaw certainly dont make it an even lesser film....

Excerpt from Lucas commentary track explaining the Anakin change at the end of ROTJ:

WARNING MAJOR EPISODE III SPOILER. IF YOU HIGHLIGHT THIS TEXT IT IS YOUR OWN GODDAMNED FUCKING FAULT
Lucas: "As we get to the end of the movie, as he joins the Force, he is able to retain his original identity....it was his identity as he was - when he died as Anakin Skywalker."
