Great episode...................................UNTIL MY SATELITE FEED WENT OUT WITH 3 MINTUES TO GO!!!!!!!!!! Guess I'm going to have to *DOWNLOAD* the episode now. Thank you Bell Expressvu.

Yeah, this episode did rock. Perhaps the best of this season. I've been somewhat disappointed with this season overall.. I still love it, just not as much as before. This makes up for it somewhat. :D

Pros and Cons of this episode of Alias.

+ Fantastic acting from Victor Garber
+ Elena FINALLY showing just how Derevko she can be by killing her partner in crime.
+ Jack being okay...that's a good thing.

- Lack of focus on the big picture...Elena simply seemed like she wanted the hydrosec, but why? It was more or less playing second fiddle to the Jack storyline, and while that was good I felt that with only four episodes left after this one, we should really get back to what they'll end with...and I have every reason to believe it to be Rambaldi. Could Elena be the object over which Nadia and Sydney do battle? Who knows.

I think there is a lot of promise here...the season has gotten really good ever since we started getting back into Rambaldi and it became more complex with Jack/Sloane's secret...I would still like to know EXACTLY what they're hiding (Elena's activities seemed like a stopgap reveal, rather than the entire thing).

Started picking up on this show after some initial confusion with one episode (couldn't figure out what the whole sisters/Sloan/others connections were).

But getting into it now, and have pretty much gotten the meatier relationships down, helped by the last epsiodes following Vaughn going rogue and Sydney dealing with her father.

Jennifer Garner really does rock in the role, not just for naturally fitting the action role, but is also an excellent actress as evidenced by this latest episode.

And I caught up with an episode I missed on the Tivo from a couple weeks ago, one that managed to get both Isabella Rosselini AND Isabella Scorupco into the same episode. This is one slick show.
