You can still have some more community-esque threads, they just need to be a bit more compartmentalized.
Examples of threads that should be made:

-Vita Game User Reviews (These have to actually be somewhat lengthy and high quality and not just be a megathread chatroom under the guise of a review thread. If you recommend a game here, you should have at least a few paragraphs about why you like it and think others should buy it. This will be moderated.)
