A public apology is all that is needed here. A lawsuit is a waste of everyones time as you cannot prove intent to make fun of his disabilty.

The problem with this belief is, it isn't the 80s anymore. It isn't the 90s.
We have technology, almost everyone has the internet (with the exception for the homeless and the poorer countries).
We are a forum, that talks a lot about video games; yet even we still saw this innocent person get humiliated. We live in the age where you HAVE to be 100% respectable and responsible whenever you post a video.
This is common sense and yet many people like 50 don't have it. Lesson is: NEVER post a video that has 1% of anything that can be used against you when it is something that shows you in a bad light.

He could settle out of court toss em like 10k or fight them in court which in this case they may rake up so many bills from a lawyer it may not even be worth the gain.
I dont know this is interesting territory here. I wonder if the guy who got posted by Amy schumer could try to sue her as well.
I dont know of any cases where someone has sued a celeb for this ive seen vice versa but there usually is a history of falsehoods for the case vs something that is a one time thing.

P much. Say you're sorry, sign some shit for the kid, pose for a picture and maybe front him some cash and everybody moves on.
The handicapped dude wasn't asking for infamy. Public apology is absolutely not enough if you ask me. Some cash settlement is warranted.
