Yeah. It's all over the place. I'm not even as eagled eyed as you, and I notice all the time.

I think it's because a lot of companies are more international in focus, where DST doesn't even matter.

Major companies don't even follow this. It's one of the biggest and most common errors around.

GMT instead of UTC is also very common.

You know what? I love daylight saving time. It breaks up the monotony.

I get an extra hour of delicious sunlight in the evenings so I can chill on the balcony with a cup of tea? Hell yeah. Summer is coming.
