Hot Bean Dip AKA The GOOD Dip
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 large cans of Frito Bean Dip
40ish drops of Tobasco sauce
8 oz. jack cheese, grated
8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 small cartons of sour cream
2 packages of Lowry's Enchilada Mix
Mix all ingredients together, ecxept a small amoutn of the chedar, in a crock pot on med to low temp. Cook 1-4 hours stirring occasionally. Top with left over cheddar.
I know it isn't exactly Mexican but it kicks the hell out of any 7 layer crap and it is just in time for the Superbowl.
