According to a source, one of Haim’s closest confidants is preparing to tell all — and name names — in the hope that new laws can be passed that would extend the statute of limitations for underage victims of sex abuse.

He’s been offered various platforms to tell the story, including a primetime television special.

Yes, the person should be outed, it's just another thing that makes Hollywood look like a bunch of fucking hypocrites.

Feldman claimed Haim was raped on set when he was 11, and that both of them were "passed around." It'll be interesting seeing what comes of this.

I really don't know what I would do if it were Tom Hanks. I mean, I don't know him. I don't even revere him per say, but...he is literally the last actor I would ever even think of do something like that.

I thought we had a thread like this before? Though last time it was a celebrity that made this claim but never said who. I think the mods said until it is said who, we're not just going to throw names out there as possible child molesters or something to that effect.

Time to get a name if this has credence.

I definitely think people like this should be outed. But it really sucks that so much collateral damage occurs. Unknowing family members get death threats (and other shit) for the sins of others.

I really don't think it's a good idea to speculate on the identity of the perpetrator, guys. :\ In fact I dare say it's pretty irresponsible, even if one of the guesses turns out to be right.

Whoever it is, I hope their life gets ruined and that the victims get justice, at least.

saying things like "A lister" and "family man persona" are just fluff to make it sound more scandalous. Could just mean "recognizable guy with kids". Remember before Sheen was outed as having HIV similar terms were being used which made people think it was like fucking Leo DiCaprio.

I do agree that there's a...tastelessness to naming random names and stuff like this when this topic comes up, but man, it is rather difficult not to speculate when something like this gets dropped. But yeah, it's not good.
