can you change the date and time of when the file was created on the properties?

You mean within the ID3 tags? Not that i know of, at least not without a program that lets you edit ID3 tags, which most MP3 players will let you do.

If you mean the file date, you could probably set your PC clock to whatever date/time you want, make a copy of the file, then change your date back. Just a guess.
