This was inevitable ever since Adult Swim and Crunchyroll's parent, Otter were placed under the control of Warner Bros. a few weeks ago.

Basically the two will share anime for both airing on Toonami and Streaming on Crunchyroll. They'll also co-produce shows such as the upcoming Blade Runner Anime. Perhaps this can help expand Crunchyroll's dubbed content.
