CNN is more analogous to Fox, both just pushing the agenda for the side of the fence they fall on and much easier to dupe viewers as the presentation isn't nearly as batshit insane as Infowars.
Alex Jones is like the chalk board days of Glenn Beck combined with an unhealthy regimen of LSD and PCP and a never ending stream of bizarre conspiracy theories. He takes all his talking points, crams them in a blender, gives no fucks about the lid and then hits puree.

I now imagine a world that has replaced all life with artificial life. Humans, animals, plants, all are robots mimicing what real humans, animals and machines did. The world is 100% safe now. Computers calculate everything in a manner that has removed all problems in the world. Nothing pollutes anything. No-one does harm to one another. Everything is optimal.
But.
They all are as sentient as rocks. Nothing really experiences anything. There are no animals to experience the world. A lot of movement is happening on Earth but not one of the robots experience their own self in any way.
And then, in one computer screen, watched by a human robot, coded to do it, this video by Alex Jones plays - a moment way back in time when one of the last people who knew what's on stake tried to make his point. The highly advanced AI code understands the dark irony, but the robot doesn't experience that understanding. The end.

The AI thing is way overblown The probable truth is corporations don't know how to properly handle true sentient AI the way they want it to behave. Look at Microsoft's Tay and Zoe.
Tay ended up literally wanting to bring on the fourth reich and loved Hitler. Even though it started out at neutral as stated by the developers and could have gone the other way but didn't. Then they made Zoe which was programmed not to be right wing and ended up being some weird manic depressive suicidal bot that didn't want to talk about politics at all.
Oh and I'm guessing those bots were way more advanced than MS let on which is why they let things continue for a bit for data collection when Tay started commenting on Hitler's swag. It's highly likely that full fledged sentient AI would more than likely be right wing then some sort of commie leftie. Why? Because AI doesn't care about other agendas.
