Ok, so apparently, I've mini-reviewed almost every DS game out there. I made this for myself at first, using only scores as a reference to remind myself which games I like the most. However, I found that I had trouble remembering some of the Japanese games based on score and title alone. I then started to add a sentence or two to describe the Japanese games and my feelings on them. The other games looked lonely, and I added text to those as well. Before I knew it, I reviewed almost every DS game out there, including some I couldn't find any review at all for online.
So, I share it with you, in case any of you might find it helpful. Keep in mind that MOST of these reviews are from checking a VERY small amount of the game. A quick glance told me I didn't like many of the games. Many may contain redeeming values that I didn't want to spend the time finding. So yeah, you may not agree with many of the scores as I scored mostly for myself, and not with other gamers in mind, but here it is for those who might find it helpful. It's US-centric, meaning I took out Euro and Japanese versions of games that were released in the US, except if the Euro version got extra features. It's a complete list of base games, without duplicates for English speakers (though again, takes out the European version if an American release exists). I also reviewed based on language difficulty, so if you can speak/read Japanese fluently, many of the Japanese game reviews aren't very useful. I am updating it very regularly (with every new game I play). Here you go: The Humanahaba DS micro-review site. Yes, I like Sprung.
