I've been digging and still can't find anything solid. At first I thought he was talking about grinding Steam Points for backgrounds/emotes, but you can't really cash that out or make meaningful money off it. So… what is it?

Legit curious if anyone has a real answer or if it's just vague internet tough-guy slang
