And what about Alien Trilogy for (PSX)...or am I thinking of Alien Resurrection now?
Oh, and Alone in the Dark 4 (for both PSX and PS2), and Alone in the Dark 2 (PSX).
Maybe Glass Rose (PS2) as well, never played that one either.

I bought AITD for Dreamcast not too long ago. At first it really creeped me out, with the ghosts appearing with the lightning flashes and all. Then for some reason I got really bored and never progressed.

I don't think Extermination was horror, but I never played it. Something about bugs? I don't know. If it is horror I'll try to check it out though.

Alien Trilogy was a good FPS for the PSX at the time. I would consider it horror, and I completely forgot about it. Some good scares, DOOM style. Thanks!

I still have reservations about The Suffering. Maybe I'll rent it sometime.

Koudelka (PSone) and Shadow Hearts (PStwo) are horror-themed RPGs; I don't know if that counts or if you're only looking for more of the prototypical "survival horror" games

There's Disaster Report (PStwo), which probably doesn't really qualify as horror. No zombies or demons, just a natural disaster.

And Parasite Eve 2 (PSone), but that's not really a "good horror game"

Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter purports to be a "survival RPG," but, much as I love it, I don't think it really qualifies...

Sadly, I've grown tired of RPGs. The only RPGs I'll play nowadays are SRPGs. I've never played Koudelka, but there was a time I was really excited about it.

Good game, I wouldn't really consider it horror though. More like scifi. The baby boss and the piano scene notwithstanding.

You have no idea how much I dislike Fear Effect. The only good thing about that game was the whore house after the demons take over, IMO. Hell was cool in a couple of parts. Never played the 2nd one.

Speaking of horror games, anyone remember this one?

A while back my friend told me about this really weird, more action oriented RE clone on ps1 that had the craziest types of enemies. The one thing that really stuck out was he said the game had enemies who after being shot in half, their legs would stand back up and start kicking you. :lol Anyone know what this might possibly be?
