American Dad is awesome
 
I couldn't watch American Dad. That show is just not funny. I couldn't get past the first commercial break.

Family guy rocked, missed the simpsons.

American Dad is better than Family Guy now. Family Guy tapered off after season 3.
 
I thought they were both hilarious.

Family Guy: "Fannybandits."

And stewie on the stairs. And Ollie Williams. And the farting contest. And Adam West.

LOL wait wasn't it cancelled after season three and just started back up this summer with season 4.
 
Tonight was the first time I've ever picked surfing the net as supposed to watching the FULL episode of The Simpsons. I just listened to it this time.
 
I dunno, Marge telling Count Count to go back to his own country was pretty hillarious...

I sort of stopped paying attention after that.
 
I didn't think American Dad was that great tonight, and I thought last week's was awesome. Family Guy wins round two of the new seasons.

That had me cracking up.

All the shows had some good points and bad points. The Simpsons was good for finally sticking to one plot after 5 minutes (Lisa being scared). Lisa/Marge episodes just usually aren't funny though. I liked the answer to the question about why the guy made childrens' books.

Family Guy fell off the cliff when Brian married Lois. What the hell.
 
I thought tonights Family Guy was pretty funny, but that stuff with Brian and Lois was just cold. I've been noticing this show is starting to get meaner and meaner every episode now. Oddly enough though, it seems like Stewie gets funnier each week.

I gotta agree for the most part, I always stick around for a few good cracks hear and there, but for the most part this show just doesn't cut it. The jokes are average, and it clings to the most generic plotlines. Roger is probably the only thing that makes the show funny.
 
That American Dad was pretty good. We're gunna need an animated pic of the dad when he made the correlation between watching tv and horniness. :lol
 
I'm watching the Family Guy ep now.

That farting bit brought me to tears. :lol :lol :lol

EDIT: Hmmmm, overall, I'd say I enjoyed American Dad more (again).
 
Why the hell did they put that lame ass sitcom between the Simpsons and Family Guy? They should have kept AD there. Speaking of they are really trying to kill that show moving it opposite Monday Night Football.
 
I'm so glad American Dad has gotten better than it was when it started. For me AD took FG this week though I laughed throughout. They just had a slow start. Stewie was very much missing for most of this weeks FG and I think that's what made it suffer.

Simpsons is dead to me now which is sad
