I'm going to work in Malaysia mainly in Kuala Lumpur this November for about a year.

This will be my first time going in MY.. so what is it like to live/work there?

What should I check out or avoid?

I love KL so much. I'm going in a month and staying at One World. Check out one utama, you can take the aeroline to Singapore. Also check out genting Highlands, take a 1 hr flight to penang for the food.

There are some good shopping areas near ikano and the curve, good food there too.

Enjoy yourself. I absolutely adore the city, even with its shitty traffic.

Get some teh tarik and roti cannai for breakfast!
