So far...
Last week I got a $100 Apple Store gift card (going to a new 60gb iPod photo, once I get up off my ass and sell my current 4th Gen 40 gb clickwheel model). This was technically for my birthday.
Now I've got another $100 in towards a new tv (which is my roomie's way of telling me to get my videogames OUT of the livingroom! Hahahah. Will do, will do. Anyone know of a decent tv with at least 1 (preferably more) component imputs that isn't TOO expensive or big? I need something for my room, so I'm looking for 25 inches or so...
I've got some more loot on its way, but it hasn't arrived yet, according to the gift givers. (Just got some cards and gelt from them, in the mean time.)

(They took out the awesome opening theme song! And all of the other music too, for that matter. This sucks. Glad I didn't pay for it.)
Oh, yeah, and an iPod FM transmitter (which I will never use and don't want, so it's going back so I can use the money to pick up FF I & II, or something to that effect) and some extra cash.
The real present day is Christmas, though. Chanukah is a virtual non-event for us. Ah, the joys of dual heritage.

I never got the whole "partially Jewish" thing. If your mother is Jewish, YOU'RE Jewish. If not, well, you're not. It's not the same thing as being half-Spanish or something like that. ^_^;
When I was a kid, I heard that from a few kids every year, and it only came up around the holiday season so they could brag that they "got more presents cause I celebrate both!!!"

Yeah, that kind of stuff irks me.
One the other hand, I have no qualms about accepting presents on Christmas, despite the fact that I don't celebrate their religion.
