The black man everyone at Activision can agree on
Best Buy is selling it for $149, $25 mail in rebate, plus I have $10 in Reward Zone cash... it's a Koss model 3102, it's for one of our regular size bedrooms. Is 500W overkill? It seems like such a good price....

For $139 they have a 300W unit as well.... Model KS2503

$50/hour, but no kissing on the lips and colors must be pre-separated
My guess would be that it's not all that great of a sound setup at that cost, especially with the player included. Seems a little too similar to those discount Wal-mart sound setups, and they really cheaped out on the design of the center channel. Also, the warranty that comes with the system is pretty lackluster. I'd be interested in any definite reviews myself - could be alright for a basic setup...

- UPDATE -

Here's a site with some brief user reviews. Some pretty poor, some alright...

500W is very misleading. Current output is measured in ampere and not watt. Watt generally means nothing and is most of the time very misleading. Harmon/kardon receivers/amplifiers for example output a great amount of current and are among the strongest receivers/amplifiers in the business for example while Denon is among the weakest ones. The more serious reveiwers measure the current output and practically ignore the watt output when talking about power output.
