I used "Mega MP3 Splitter". It's simple, works well and fast, but you can't really edit or anything. It's strictly for splitting. It's also free.
I couldn't figure out how to split with Nero's tools so I used Nero Wave Editor to find the frames I wanted to cut at, and cut it with Mega MP3 Splitter. Because with Mega, you can't split by time, you have to use frames.
