It's the same price as the Widescreen Special Edition. Any reason to go with the WSE instead?

Superbit has quite increased picture quality I must say.

I'm conflicted as well. On the one hand I don't really think I'll notice the video difference between the Superbit and the Special Edition on my current display, but the Superbit does have a DTS track, but the Special Edition has a ton of apparently good extra content judging by the reviews.

Superbit you give up all the extras that the 2 disc edition has.

Unless you have the highest of the high end you wont notic much difference in the picture.

Spider-man 1's Superbit actually came out looking worse than the regualr mass-market edition. They pumped up the colors and ended up washing everything out.
