I would mostly be using it for productivity such as google docs, spreadsheets, etc. No gaming. I want it next to my main PC monitor.

I have no idea on best brands for these, etc. My only thought is, get a 120Hz one and not a 60 Hz. Any recommendations?

I have a Uperfect one 1440p 120 Hz and it is pretty good. It has HDR but its an LCD so nothing amazing in that regard. I got it from Newegg as a refurb for like $70, which was a steal considering how much they go for normally.
