I find I use notepad a lot to jot info while I'm surfing the web with a specific purpose. But I also find it a pain because I'd love to make it stick to the top of the desktop... any utility to do this or text editor that will do it?

As for the question, I do the exact same thing with Notepad. What works for me is to size all the windows so that they fit on the desktop in a nice little "puzzle" and I can still see everything without having to constantly minimize and restore windows. This might be tough if you run a really small screen resolution, though.

No, I run a pretty large resolution and I've done that in the past, I just hate having to set it up so it works the way I want.
