I had my second visit to the Chiro today, and my first adjustment. My spine has a compensating twist in it and it looks nasty.

Anyway, so I get adjustment on my back which sounded painful when you hear the crunching sound, and then one on my neck. Another crunch.

After that my vision went all blurry and I started to get tunnel vision. Then I broke out into a cold sweat.

And to top it off I ended it by throwing up.

But I feel great now.
:D

Anyway i'm just wondering if anybody has some testimonials or something like that.

I used to go to a chiropractor, but my parents stopped letting me schedule appointments.

I never had anything like what you're describing. That's pretty crazy.

I heard going to a chiropractor is both painful and relieving. I cringe at the thought of "cracking" bones, so you wouldn't see me going to a chiropractor. Then again, I'm still very youthful and I don't have back problems. Then again, my posture is atrocious and I'll probably have them someday.

Yeah the crunching sound is horrible.

Doesn't hurt though.

Btw you don't have to have an actual back problem, the problem might be headaches or whatever, since it's all connected to the central nervous system.

Still can't believe I puked though. O_O

I went on two different stints. Back in 96'.. then again in 98'. The problem is, it's both addictive and expensive. The benefits don't really last that long and you find yourself having to go back often for the relief. You certainly can't get a permanent fix from it unless you change your lifestyle habits (posture mostly).

Hmmm maybe I should talk to my primary doctor to see if a chiropractor visit might help me with my migraines...
