Over the past month or so, when I post a tweet, it gets numerous 'favorites' from obvious spam accounts within a short time of posting the tweet, and it's starting to take its on toll for me. These accounts are clearly bots and it's super annoying when they stalk you for fake retweets and likes.

I wonder just how big an issue this is. It's been happening fairly consistently for me, and there doesn't seem to be any way out of it at this point.

Thankfully it's not that bad, but it's just as annoying.

This has always been present for me(made an account in August 2014) and I just started to block them. It's not as bad anymore, may be an occasional retweet or like.
