Anyone ever buy things from them?

I want to buy Phantom Dust from them but I'm not sure if they're reliable or not...

I bought Phantom Dust from them. Shipping in Canada was only like a buck for a game. It took about four business days to get here (took a week total but I ordered near Easter weekend, so I did it to myself :lol ) This was from Ontario to BC.

I've been going to their stores since the early 90's. They are dependable and honest.

They've also got quite possibly the lowest prices for Xbox games around. Halo 2 for $39.99.

VGP.CA is very good and reliable.

Normal shipping doesn't get a tracking number. I had one for my PSP, but that was a special (and more expensive) case.

Videogamesplus is the most reliable online store I've ever come across. Hell, one time a package from them got lost in the mail, and they were kind enough to send me a new one. Although the first package appeared a few weeks later, so I repaid their kindness by sending it back.
Anyway, I only buy import games from VG+ nowadays. Good prices, fast shipping, great service. And I also dig their pre-played games with free shipping, always in excellent condition.

Hehe, that was good of you. I know of one guy who got sent the wrong game but when he told VG+ they apologised profusely, sent him out the proper game, and told him he could keep the first game they sent him too.

Are they a small store with a web front end?

I ordered MGA ages ago, it got removed from my multiple order on the 24th, so I assumed it shipped. Then I got an email last Friday (1stApril) saying had shipped).

So what were they doing for that week? I know it was PSP launch week, but if it hadn't shipped, why remove it from my order history?

Yeah, it's very small store. It been around for a long time, well the mississauga location anyways.
