I remember this old game. It was a light gun game that was a fixture at the local bowling alley. I never saw it anywhere else, just this one place.

I used to see it every now and then. Old 2D light gun game, prolly related to Operation Wolf. Taito I think.


Now that we've talked that subject into the ground, how about that game Battle Shark? You played with a periscope!

i think it was an snk game, actually. used to see it all the time, but i can't remember playing it.

It was SNK, I was a huge fan of it at my local Dave and Busters. Never beat the last boss, tho - he had some "trick" which wasn't translated correctly in the Engrish and thus the game was mostly impossible.

There was a 3D sequel too (Second Nightmare) that ran on the Hyper NeoGeo 64 board. SNK also developed an overhead action NGPC spinoff called Dark Arms.
