Imo, this series is still better than NWN despite being mod-unfriendly.

My recent play is with this NPC, Valen, and so far she's my favorite despite having less talk than other top NPC like Kelsey or Keto.

Are then any good Mod's for BG?

I have played BG1 and BG2 4+ times each but besides that mod that lets you play BG1 using the BG2 engine (that destroys the games balance) I haven’t herd of any others..

there are a bunch of quests mods and NPCs, plus BG1Tutu or BG Trilogy (these 2 simply upgrade BG1). I imagine creating a new areas in Infinity Engine would be a major pain compared to NWN, so thats why there isnt as many mods out there.

Most of what I play simply more quests, talk, and fights (with new items).
