Long story short, my mother have to go to hospital for some surgery, she was in bed for around a week and somehow they discharge her before she even start physical therapy. The issue at hand, she is having some trouble moving around. She can walk around the house with a walker but she said her leg felt weak. She is not sure she can walk up and down stairway. The hospital is suppose to send someone who would handle physical therapy but we do not know when that will happen. The question is what can we do at home in the mean time to strengthen her leg?
