It's kinda small, and I'm not terribly prolific at Kanji, but the controls go something like this:
The analog stick moves
The directional buttons control the camera
The square, triangle, and circle buttons control items
The X button is jump
Which I guess seems rather self-explanatory. But dat's what it says!
