...he was convicted of unlawful restraint of a minor -- which is a sex offense.

So yeah, maybe that shouldn't be an automatic sex offense.. but he was just asking for trouble by getting out of his car and grabbing the girl. What was he thinking? A normal person would have kept on driving.

My god, and you know what, she's probably one of those children from hell too. You know the ones I'm talking about, dont act like you don't. The ones that scream in the grocery store at the top of their lungs. The ones that break things and smile like Satan with pig tails. God forbid someone lay the smack down and make up where the parents are lacking. I'm a parent myself, and if my child would ever like that, she'd be in time out real quick! =P :lol
