Attorney General Jeff Sessions is staying put.

In an interview with the Associated Press he said that he serves at the pleasure of the president and will stay in his position as long as Trump wants him to.

But he also acknowledged that Trump has every right to find another attorney general.

Sessions made the remark Thursday in El Salvador, where he is working with officials to address the violent street gang known as MS-13.

During an interview with the New York Times last week, President Donald Trump said that he would have picked someone else to be attorney general if he knew Sessions would have recused himself from the Russia investigation.

its tough I cant support Sessions or his stance on anything he has done so far in terms of sentencing or civil rights.

But at the same time I dont want to see him bow to Trump either. If Trump wants him gone then he should man up and fire him. Lets see how that will work out for him.
