I guess there's less jank, don't really remember. I liked Demon's Souls more because a. I finished it and b. I like how it has a hub world and separate areas - vs Dark Souls' open world-ish type roaming around everywhere design.

That Dark Knight Returns Part 2 was kind of a let down and Joker's voice actor was weak as hell. He sounded like Rodger from American Dad.

I bought it for $25 2 years ago.
I enjoyed it... but it really didn't need to be a "doco" when it could've just been really good episode of This American Life. Kinda weirded me out with the CONSTANT animated photo thingys.
But yeah, the meat of it was incredible.

It was for the grand total price of... -$30. Went from 30mbit 500+500 for $130, to 100mbit 500+500 for $100.

Seems to have bottomed out at that price.
Lafiel : it sounds too hard so I haven't thought about it seriously. Til now. I see people call too many games hard these days that are really very easy. How bad can it be.
It's mostly hard because it punishes impatience. It's not twitch hard.

I think that would be the last thing it would be praised for, From are one of those developers whose games always carry a certain amount of jank with it.
Thankfully the art design and gameplay tends to make it inconsequential to the enjoyment after the first few hours of learning how to game the game.
What about demons?
I've also been put off slightly by the worry of being ganked by some other players when they invade your game.
Menu design is terrible.
Controls are just mediocre adding to the difficulty curve.
The animation feels far from fluid.
The game runs incredibly poorly (super low frame rate for the visual quality).
Add all that up and it is a terribly frustrating experience that atm I can not get past.
No idea. I only play PC games.

THis took me 5 and a half hours yesterday. Exact same game too!
Dawn of War 2 is one of the best series this gen. It's a different genre to the first one. DoW1 was good but it wasn't doing anything that interesting. DoW2 pushes the RTS in an RPG direction in a way that I wish more people would try. In the end it has more in common with say Dragon Age than it does with Starcraft. And that's really cool. Shame about the story.

Yes and no. That just cleans up the visuals from completely unacceptable, to mediocre but still pretty fucking rubbish.

Nice. When I next move, faster Internet will play a role. Getting sick of this slow tpg during peak times, and according to them it's fine.
Every DC animated movie in the past few years has been a huge letdown for me. They're so awkwardly written, acted and paced, and the animation is so sterile. Year One was awful.
It did actually slow down a little as it went on. I think it took a little under 8 minutes overall.
But by my logic, this is good for me. If I have faster internet, I'll use it less and spend more time being normal! Yay!

Also everything about Omi post is just straight-up wrong. I can't comprehend how anyone could find the game or the controls "janky" this isn't skyrim or the witcher lol.

Opinions can be misinformed or ignorant, by that criteria they can be wrong!
How are the controls janky? everything has it's place, I mean R1/R2 for light / heavy attacks L1 for block L2 for parry, analog for movement, square for healing items, circle for dodging, hold x to sprint, digital for quick item switch. I genuinely can't comprehend how anyone could have any issues with the controls. Inventory management can be somewhat of a pain, but it's perfectly serviceable for a console role-playing game.
As much as I love the Witcher 2. I don't get this opinion either, if we are comparing the controls on the console versions of both respective games. The Witcher 2 definitely doesn't control as well as Dark Souls.
in fact all the elements The Witcher 2 took for it's combat system from Demon souls were done much worse in that, esp the dodging which is janky as fuck.pieatorium
