Yeah, from their set at SXSW, I can tell you Bloc Party is worth the price of admission. They are going to be HUGE in the next 12 months. Plus, there is this little known band called Oasis, you may have heard of them :D

Thanks -- just bought mine. Never been, always wanted to, but there's far too many artists on there that I like to miss this.

god I'd kill to go to this.. my two favorite bands playing. Oh well, maybe some day I'll get to go to a fest I actually care for!

Shit, I'll be living in Austin by the time this rolls around, but I have no interest in paying $90 for a ticket when the majority of those bands are so uninteresting. I hear Mouse on Mars is fun live, but I doubt they're $90 of fun.

Mouse on Mars is probably about the best live set I've ever seen. Saw them and Ratatat last year and they were fucking mindblowing.. which is funny since their CD is kind of meh.

That's how it was when I saw them. Like every single person in the club was just going wild. As far as energy goes, I've never seen anything like it at a gig. Good times, for sure.

Mindy Smith

I saw her open for Rodney Crowley last year, and she was fantastic. She was way better than him, I'm glad I didn't get there late. I would be surprised if she didn't become well-known eventually.
