So, after much searching, I finally found it. A program that allows you to convert avi files, to mov files. It's quick, it's easy, it's free, and most importantly, it works on a Mac.

Using this programs (the 3ivx, and Divx Doctor), I was able to make my cool new avatar.
Oh, and it works on Windows as well.
