EA must be kicking themselves for trying to fuck over Pandemic over this.

The game was originally going to be published by EA, but they went and tried the muscle the franchise assets and everything from Pandemic so EA would completely own every aspect of the game, engine, and code. Pandemic was smart enough to tell EA to go fuck themselves and went to Lucasarts who already had a good relationship with the studio. Lucasarts is publishing the game, but Pandemic still owns their engine and code from the game.

Hehe, that looks kickass. Hijacking vehicles rocks, and since someone brought up Halo 2...it's one of the best features in that game IMO.

I heard the EA fuckover was to do with a clause in the contract that said they wouldn't poach any of the team.

Ok, I actually watched the trailer and I have to say I'm impressed! It's like a military GTA with graphics that don't suck. I just hope the XBL comonents aren't crap like Battlefront. Still, judging from the trailer the single player campaign may be worth the price of admission.

I played the Demo from EB. Didn't need to preorder just wlaked in asked for the demo and the guy gave it to me. The tanks control like ass.

play it before you judge. Looking from afar didn't do much for me either, but countless friends recommendations got me playing it and I have to say it was more fun than 98% of all the games I played at E3 (I played about 50).
