its fucked up. i hate the idea of anything having its freedom taken from it. well, obviously problematic people/animals to society may require something more hands on like restraint or imprisonment, of course. i think addiction gave me a new perspective on what it is to feel trapped...

however, the cold reality is that humans dominate and were going to continue to harvest other living things and manipulate them for our own benefit, entertainment and just straight up evolutionary dominance. its in our genetic make up to continue to spread and conquer, kill, manipulate, repurpose for our own benefit, etc. its just the way it is, and for lack of better words, completely normal and natural

im really okay with it all. the universe doesnt give a fuck. im just glad to be alive and have the opportunity to be a part of this crazy reality. but personally, i became a vegetarian to do more to not participate in this, and im not sure im willing to do anymore than that. sharing the video is great and all, but arent we just hoping that someone else sees it and takes action? maybe that someone should be us? should be you? i dunno, just some food for thought...
