Maybe I'm just depraved but this is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.
No matter how many I times I've seen it there are still scenes I'll crack up to.

It also has a surprising amount of heart to it.

One of the best endings ever (where he's running to the house) and I just about died laughing at "Is your granny spry?".

Gin: You got some lip on you midget.
Marcus: yeah? Well these lips were on your wife's pussy last night. Why don't you dust that thing off once in a while? Asshole!

"Roger you're home, let me make you some sandwiches!" Hahaha, that's my favorite part where he thinks she's dead. :lol

i generally like "dark comedies", but hated Bad Santa. But there was one line that had me ROFLing when i heard it...

"I'M ON A FUCKING BREAK, OKAY?!"

Santa suit aside, too many of us can relate.

Man, i just really didnt dig Bad Santa at all, and that was pretty surprising, since i thought i would really like it. The weird thing is I just cant pinpoint what exactly made me dislike it. Very odd.

the strange thing about that movie is it made me feel sad for that kid. i mean his parents just fucking left him home alone, and he was a loser. Atleast Billy Bob stood up for him and beat those fucking bullys up.

If this movie had ended on the doorstep (If you've seen it, you know the point I'm talking about) it would have been Among the Best Ever for me. Since they took the pat Hollywood way out, it loses mega points.

Still a good ride if you're not a masochist. :P

Loved it, I went into seeing it with very bad expectations because I hadn't read any reviews or anything and knew nothing about it apart from the title....A very pleasant surprise.

Awesome movie, I love where he's talking about owning a bar in Miami, then it shows him there, and, well, you know. :lol

I don't know if I'd call it a modern classic, but I definitely enjoyed it overall, much more than I thought I would from the trailers. It has some quirky humor to it that I wasn't expecting.

Take Out Bandit: I'm not a fan of the all's well that ends well Hollywood ending either, but in a movie like this I don't think your ending idea would work...that would've been so depressing that it would've cast a somber pall on a film that's supposed to be funny.

- Wish in one hand and shit in the other, see which one fills up first.

- What's with you anyway, did somebody drop you onto your fucking head?
- On my head?
- Well, yeah, are they going to do drop you onto somebody else's head?
- How can they drop me onto my own head?
- No, not onto your...would... Goddamnit, are you fucking with me??

- I've always had a thing for, um, Santa Clause, in case you didn't notice. It's like some deep-seeded childhood thing.
- So is my thing for tits.
- Yeah, it is like that, you know?

- Are you off your fucking meds or something??
- Yes. But that is not what this is about. You're as queer as a ten-dollar bill.

- Who's the bitch now, Santy Clause!? Faggy Clause! Faggy!

I'd be inclined to agree if this were, say, another shitty Adam Sandler movie; but Bad Santa was pretty bitter / spiteful most of the way through.

I would have appreciated it, and it wouldn't have lessened the fun I had with the other hour or so of the movie.

Ah well - I can always count on Dan Simmons. ^_^

I don't know, that ending is :lol :lol :lol :lol

But it's a really good movie.

Part of me wants to see Bad News Bears solely because it has a drunken Billy Bob Thornton insulting children without no regard/sensitivity.

Bad News Bears is PG-13 so it can only have one "fuck".
