I think in some ways this was to be expected. Some countries are very much against games resembling any form of gambling and either give them the highest rating or they just ban them. It shouldn't be the case here since it's not traditional poker and besides the game is singleplayer only. Not to mention the rating shouldn't be changed retroactively unless the game has received major changes since the release.
