TGAs baby!Cool, sounds like a December release.
They considered it, for $5M (as per the leaked stuff). At this point, they'd have to offer way, way more.Microsoft should really, really try to get this on Gamepass considering that it's release was hampered by Microsoft's own doing.
Why??Great game, I just hate the combat.
Why??
Haven’t played it yet but looks like standard turn based battles with movement.
Great game but you hate the majority of it? Makes perfect sense lol.Great game, I just hate the combat.
They probably underestimated its impending popularity, (I know I did), but I'm in agreement here. They can and should provide an offer that Larian can't refuse. They considered it, for $5M (as per the leaked stuff). At this point, they'd have to offer way, way more.
I doubt Larian would agree too it. They might agree to a deal for Divinity OS2 though.Microsoft should really, really try to get this on Gamepass considering that it's release was hampered by Microsoft's own doing.
ehh, thats on you. haha. I knew I'd hate the combat so I skipped it.I don't like turn based, but I thought I'd still give the game a chance. Other than the combat, it's great.
Fair enough, we all like different things. Turn based battles makes me plan my attacks more, love it, when they’re good they beat real time combat easily in my opinion.I don't like turn based, but I thought I'd still give the game a chance. Other than the combat, it's great.

As long as it comes after The Game Awards. I want the lulz of a (because of series s), playstation timed console exclusive winning GOTY.
They’re in for a treat.
One of the best games I’ve played.

The Lamplighters League is currently on Gamepass. I hear it's the exact same gameplay.Microsoft should really, really try to get this on Gamepass considering that it's release was hampered by Microsoft's own doing.
And you can get really creative with the environments and such. I watched one interview by WotC, where the interviewer said that the game has had an effect on tabletop players as well - now everyone keeps asking the DM if they can "shove". (and yes, you should always try to shove given a proper opportunity)Fair enough, we all like different things. That would likely cost a lot of money. Not sure the financials would make sense, but your logic does.Microsoft should really, really try to get this on Gamepass considering that it's release was hampered by Microsoft's own doing.
Well it makes up for over half the game I'd say having played through the first few acts. Sakes mense.Ok, so it's pure shit to me since I hate the combat. Sense maked.

Yeah I’ve seen some videos, I understand from the FFXVI talk that turn based combat isn’t for everyone but for me it seems perfect. Been avoiding looking at it too much though, don’t want to be spoiled. I think it’ll be my Christmas holiday game. The combat is some of the best turn based combat in existence.
Play it.

I’m sure it will be as messy as the PS5.Hopefully without the mess on ps5 version.
I mean, it is Microsoft, whom coffers seem almost endless. You think MS wants to pay them $50 million now?

Furthermore, it would probably help promote Gamepass, which we both know they are desperate to move the needle with it further than it has been.
They can definitely leverage it for a marketing campaign.
I have the PS5 and PC versions, the PS5 version isn't that bad. Act 3 doesn't run as well as Act 1 or 2, but is completely playable.Hopefully without the mess on ps5 version.
Baldur's Gate 3 dev shows off the level of optimization achieved for the Xbox Series S port, which bodes well for future PC updates
Larian must have cast a transmutation spell on the code to get these gains.www.pcgamer.com
34% reduction in Vram usage on Series S. Xbox technology group helped massively.
Good to see the optimisations will help other platforms too, Series S helping this generation.
