I remember reading that Twitter thread days after it happened and thinking that it was a better story than most of what was popular back then. I also remember thinking that if it ever became a movie, it was a sign of the end of times.

Sadly, I actually do recall this story. I think someone made a GAF thread for it back then. It's such trashy garbage though.
