Anyone watching BBC drama Vigil about shenanigans on a British nuclear sub? We just binge watched the first 5eps.. last one is this Sunday and I gotta say it's fucking superb, edge of the seat ballicks with each episode expanding the story and keeping you guessing.

Really don't want to elaborate anymore on the story for our international brothers and sisters but unless they utterly fuck up the last episode this Sunday this is definitely worth a ganders

His Dark Materials was the last decent show. Line of Duty can fuck off, as can The Bodyguard.

Never watched Line of Duty or His Dark Materials, but I did enjoy the bodyguard TBF, but you can't deny they are the absolute masters at natural history docs, nobody comes remotely close to what they do

TBF its not just David, the teams behind those shows are exceptional but i think we can agree there will definitely be something missing when he no longer narrates them

Really? now don't get me wrong, id be hard pushed to watch an episode of Jimmy Fixit for obvious reasons but id be damned if i wouldn't catch a decent show because the creator has politics contrary to my own.. fuck if you stuck to those inane rules for media you'd be missing out on some classics, obviously going by your aforementioned statement you probably haven't seen the Matrix....

Of course I have but they're not British, so i don't care about the political views of American content creators, anymore than they care about British Politics.

I mean, FFS, one of the advisers on Vigil was one of those fucking CND loons, who camped outside Faslane. That tells you all you need to know about the not so subtle lefty agenda behind this show.

They can have whatever political views they want, but I'm not going to enable them, by watching their self loathing, country hating shite...Its why i ditched the License Fee and won't even do them the honour of pirating it.
